At DJI USA, we stand behind the quality of our drones and imaging technology; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your product within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in new condition with all original packaging and accessories to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Initiate Your Request

    Log in to your DJI account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the 'Return/Refund' option to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Prepare the Package

    Carefully pack your device in its original box, ensuring all propellers, batteries, controllers, and cables are included to avoid restocking fees.

  • 3.
    Ship to Service Center

    Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location for secure transport to our inspection facility.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the hardware condition and deactivate any bound accounts, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
